All Care General Dentistry's Jersey City office was established in April 2010, opening a new and modern family practice in the Journal Square area. It provides premium dental service to ensure the best quality and patient satisfaction with the comfort of your local family dentist.

Dr. Johnimel Merene-Bianco, DMD
MEET DR. B
Dr. Johnimel Bianco is a General Dentist who is committed to helping patients have positive dental experiences and healthy smiles by showing genuine warmth and care. She makes the dental office a welcoming place and builds relationships with her patients based on trust, kindness and compassion.
Dr. Bianco earned her Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University - Newark School of Arts and Sciences, and earned her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey. She completed her residency training with New York Medical College rotating between Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center in the Bronx and Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla New York.
Dr. Bianco understands how important it is to continue learning and keep current with modern dentistry. She has undergone countless hours of continuing education to stay current in the techniques and technologies that help her provide conservative and comprehensive treatments with a gentle and caring approach.
Dr. Bianco also enjoys giving back to the dental profession. She completed a 2 year program, From Practice to Preceptorship, and served as an adjunct faculty for the Restorative Department at her alma mater from 2013-2017. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association and the Hudson County Dental Society where she served as Secretary (2015-2017), Vice-President (2017-2019), President (2019-2021) and on the Board of Trustrees (current).
Outside the office, Dr. Bianco enjoys pilates, yoga, skiing, and running. She is a 7x marathon finisher (4x NYC Marathon, Jersey City Marathon, Berlin Marathon and the London Marathon), but what she enjoys most is spending quality time with her family, especially with her husband and 2 children.

Dr. Nickeisha Louis-Elias
MEET DR. NICKEISHA
Dr. Nickeisha Louis-Elias is a native of Long Island, New York and graduated with her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University College of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. During her time at TUSDM, she was awarded the Dr. Alfred Osher and Mrs. Suzi Osher Endowed Scholarship, TUSDM Merit Scholarship, and inducted into the Honos Civicus Society for Community Service and Civic Engagement.
During her free time, Dr. Nickeisha enjoys exploring New York city with her fiancé, friends, and family. She enjoys playing tennis, visiting art museums, NBA and WNBA basketball, Yankees games and traveling the world.
Dr. Jennifer Sitrin
MEET DR. SITRIN
Dr. Jennifer Sitrin graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Developmental Biology with a minor in Studio Arts from the University of Rochester. She then graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her Doctorate in Dental Medicine. She completed a general practice residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital where she gained experience in treatment of medically complex patients, oral surgery, endodontics, and restorative dentistry.
She is a member of the American Dental Association as well as the Academy of General Dentistry and the Middlesex County Dental Association. Jennifer is a fourth-generation general dentist taking after her great grandfather, grandfather and father.
During her spare time, Dr. Sitrin likes to spoil her rescue dog Spud and play soccer.
ALYSSA
Alyssa is the Lead Patient Service Coordinator at All Care General Dentistry. She performs various duties to support both the front and back team of the office. Her main goal for our patients is to provide assistance, build relationships by communicating actively, and help them achieve great oral health. During her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her family and playing volleyball with her friends.
CHRISTINE
Christine is the Front Desk Assistant, supporting the receptionist with administrative tasks. She has hopes of becoming a dentist. During her free time, she enjoys going on hikes with her dog, spending time with family, and reading books at her favorite coffee shops.
ANIKA
Anika serves as our Patient Service Coordinator, supporting both clinical tasks and administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and answering calls at the front desk. She completed her undergraduate studies at NJIT and is pursuing her Doctorate in Dental Medicine at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine.
CRISELLA
Crisella is a Front Desk Assistant who specializes in patient communication, scheduling, and coordinating with insurance companies on behalf of both the office and patients. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing Pilates and binge-watching her favorite movies and shows.
RUDIBEL
Rudi is a dental assistant and is also a foreign dentist from the Dominican Republic. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys the outdoors and plays tennis and soccer.
KELLY
Kelly is a floater at All Care General Dentistry, where she assists both at the front desk and in the back office. She is fluent in Vietnamese and English. Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys spending time with her loved ones and her dog, Unu.
