Dr. Johnimel Merene-Bianco, DMD
MEET DR. B
Dr. Johnimel Bianco is a General Dentist who is committed to helping patients have positive dental experiences and healthy smiles by showing genuine warmth and care. She makes the dental office a welcoming place and builds relationships with her patients based on trust, kindness and compassion.
Dr. Bianco earned her Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University - Newark School of Arts and Sciences, and earned her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey. She completed her residency training with New York Medical College rotating between Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center in the Bronx and Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla New York.
Dr. Bianco understands how important it is to continue learning and keep current with modern dentistry. She has undergone countless hours of continuing education to stay current in the techniques and technologies that help her provide conservative and comprehensive treatments with a gentle and caring approach.
Dr. Bianco also enjoys giving back to the dental profession. She completed a 2 year program, From Practice to Preceptorship, and served as an adjunct faculty for the Restorative Department at her alma mater from 2013-2017. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association and the Hudson County Dental Society where she served as Secretary (2015-2017), Vice-President (2017-2019), President (2019-2021) and on the Board of Trustrees (current).
Outside the office, Dr Bianco enjoys pilates, yoga, skiing and running. She is a 4x marathon finisher (NYC Marathon, Jersey City Marathon, and the London Virtual Marathon), but what she enjoys most is spending quality time with her family, especially with her husband and 2 children.

MEET THE TEAM
RYANNE
Ryanne is a patient care coordinator, helping as a dental assistant, receptionist, and social media manager. She has been part of the team since 2019, and enjoys creating lasting relationships with patients. Her favorite part about about the office is getting to learn something new every day. She graduated as a Biology major and Musical Theatre minor, and has hopes of becoming a general dentist. Outside of the office, she likes to read and play with her dog.
NEHA
Dr. Neha Bansal is originally a dentist from India and has a BDS and MBA in healthcare and administration. She moved to the U.S. and is working as a Dental Assistant. Her goal is to make patients feel comfortable and satisfied by providing the most compassionate dental assisting skills. Her favorite part about working in the office is learning all about new skills and technology in dentistry.
ALYSSA
Alyssa is at the Front Desk Coordinator at All Care General Dentistry. She performs various duties to support both the front and back team of the office. Her main goal for our patients is to provide assistance, build relationships by communicating actively, and help them achieve great oral health. During her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her family and playing volleyball with her friends.
CHANDNI
Chandni is an International Dentist currently working as a dental staff volunteer. She assists with administrative and clinical tasks. Being able to give back to the community and providing outstanding patient care is her goal. She plans on pursuing dentistry in the U.S. and is passionate about giving beautiful smiles to patients. Apart from dentistry, she enjoys traveling, cooking & painting.
ASHLEY
Ashley is a part-time receptionist at All Care General Dentistry. She is currently studying to become a pediatric nurse. In her free time, she enjoys shopping and hanging out with her family and friends. Her main goal in the office is to interact with patients and build lasting connections.
